  1. Use 2 to 2.5 grams of ube powder per serving.
  2. Add approximately 20 ml of hot water at 80 °C and whisk with the bamboo whisk in a zigzag motion until everything is lump-free.
  3. Add 180 to 200 ml of warm or cold (plant-based) milk.
  4. Sweeten to taste. Ube is already slightly sweet on its own.

Tip: soak the whisk in warm water before use to keep the bristles flexible.
